Cancellation and Terms
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Joan Barnard. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
More than eight weeks before workshop - full refund less £25.00 administration charge.
More than three weeks before workshop - 50% of fee
Less than three weeks before workshop - full fee
Substitutions may be made at no additional charge if notified in advance of the workshop.
In the event of circumstances beyond her control, Dr Joan Barnard reserves the right to alter the programme, the date or the venue of the workshop.
