Consultancy

We can provide flexible consultancy, tailored to your needs, ranging from a contract for a fixed period of time per week, to a wholly flexible ad hoc arrangement. We can work on site or remotely, by telephone, post and/or e-mail.

Promotional material and activities
We can review promotional materials and activities to determine compliance with Code requirements and can undertake certification as the Medical Signatory.

Code of Practice complaints
We can advise on making complaints and on responding to complaints, including advice on preparing an Appeal.

SOPs and Audit
We can offer consultancy services on Code-related SOPs, reviewing or revising existing SOPs or designing and implementing new SOPs.
We can provide advice on the audit of Code-related procedures and can undertake audits of these procedures. I can also advise on preparation for audit by the PMCPA.

Training
We offer a range of Code in Practice workshops - small group workshops held in central London. Any of these can be presented in house.
We can also prepare and present training sessions designed specifically for a particular function e.g. non-sales field-based personnel, or to cover a specific area of the Code e.g. pre-licensing activity.
We can also offer one-to-one coaching for senior managers.
