This workshop offers a detailed study of areas of the Code where interpretation is particularly difficult. The content reflects any Code cases or rulings which have raised issues and/or have significant implications for company activity.
The workshop will be highly interactive and involve practical exercises.
PARTICIPANTS
Signatories, senior managers and others involved in making decisions about promotional material and activities.
Attendees should have existing knowledge and experience of the Code at a level appropriate for signatories. It is suitable for those who have already attended ‘The Code for Signatories’.
Attendance is strictly limited to 14 participants.
