The reviewers
We offer Medical Information review, Medical review and medical signatory certification. Because we are all experienced Code reviewers ourselves, we know how important reviewers are in ensuring the quality and consistency of your approvals and achieving Good Promotional Practice.
All our reviewers have extensive experience of reviewing promotional and non-promotional material and activities in relation to the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice. We validate our reviewers prior to selection and we provide regular ongoing training to ensure that knowledge of the Code remains fully up to date. We are always available to provide advice and guidance to clients and Associates.
The review process
All materials are reviewed in relation to the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice and relevant client company internal policies and procedures. Review and certification of material is carried out in accordance with Code in Practice Ltd Standard Operating Procedures.
Within Code in Practice, we undertake review electronically. Material may be received from and returned to clients either electronically or in hard copy. Certification is generally carried out on final hard copy, as required by the Code. We audit our review process regularly in relation to both process and quality of review.
